Refund Policy

At Touch Pharmacy, we strive to provide the highest quality products and customer service. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Please note that certain products may not be eligible for return or exchange, including but not limited to prescription medications and products that have been opened or used. If you are unsure whether a product is eligible for return or exchange, please contact our customer service team before making your purchase.

To initiate a refund or exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order number and a description of the issue. We may ask for additional information or photographs to better understand the problem. Once we have reviewed your request, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item.
